How Huddles generates action items

Once you turn on voice transcription and the AI notetaker, Huddles will automatically generate action items based on your conversation, even assigning the responsible person and deadlines accurately based on context.

How action items are tracked automatically

Action items generated in a meeting will be automatically synced to the next meeting in the same meeting notebook - a place where all meeting notes of recurrent meetings are stored.

For example, action items generated in last week’s weekly meeting will be automatically synced to this week’s weekly meeting, so that you can start off this week’s meeting by going through last week’s to-dos.

Where to find an overview of your action items

You might want to browse all the action items for an overview of all the things that your team is doing in this period of time. To get an overview of all your action items, follow these steps:

  1. Select any meeting notebook on the dashboard on the left side of the home screen.

  1. Click on the “Outcomes” tab.
  2. Click on “All Outcomes” and filter for “Actions” only. Here, you’ll get an overview of all action items generated in this meeting notebook.
