Without the proper meeting management tool, meeting notes are often scattered all over the place, and it becomes very difficult to locate a meeting note.

Huddles sorts recurring meetings together into what we call “meeting notebooks” so your meeting notes are always organized. And the best part is that everything is done automatically.

How it works

First, it is important to understand that auto meeting management only works for recurring meetings - meetings that occur on a regular basis. You will have to decide whether it’s a one-time meeting or a recurring meeting when you create a meeting note.

  1. Click on “New meeting note” on the home page.

  2. Click the drop down menu beside “Repeat” to choose the ****frequency of your meeting.

For example, if you want to set up a weekly meeting that recurs every week, choose “Weekly”.

  3. Additionally, you might want to apply one of our premade weekly meeting templates from the template gallery. (Optional) Once done, click “Create”.

  4. Once you’ve done creating the meeting note, you will notice a meeting notebook appear on the dashboard called “Weekly Meeting” (as shown in the red box). This means that Huddles has automatically created a meeting notebook for your weekly meetings.

And since you’ve set the recurring frequency of the meeting to “weekly”, Huddles has also automatically generated a meeting note for Aug 7, which is a week from today (as shown in the blue box).

This ensures that all your future meetings will be automatically organized in the right place, and you’ll always find them effortlessly!
