• You can set a specific time for each agenda item. Speaking under a certain time constraint can prompt attendees to be concise and focus on the key points.
• During the meeting, click on the [Topic Timer] button at the top right of the agenda card to indicate that the current focus is on discussing that particular topic.

1. Continuously Guide the Team to Record Conclusions and Outputs

• The essence of a meeting is a business model that exchanges time for conclusions. One of the facilitator's key roles is to facilitate the team's continuous generation and recording of outcomes during the meeting process.
• The outcome section of each agenda card is designed to guide the team in recording outcomes and next steps. It's also possible to tag and categorize these outcomes for better organization.

1. Address Interruptions and Digressions Promptly

• The primary purpose of the facilitator is to guide the team to focus solely on the meeting's objective or the intended purpose of each agenda item. Any interruptions or digressions are a waste of everyone's time.
• When the facilitator hears someone interrupting or going off-topic, they need to interrupt immediately and give a reminder.
• This can be achieved by using the “Send Reminder” function located in the “Tools” at the top, sending out a reminder card.
