Taking meeting notes is supposed to be a collaborative effort! With Huddles, team members are able to create meeting notes together in a shared live document as the meeting goes on, greatly boosting engagement and helping you produce better meeting outcomes.

Here’s how you can invite others by sharing your meeting note:

  1. Click on “Share” near the top right corner.

  2. By default, anyone with your invite link can not just view, but also edit your meeting note. To adjust permissions, click on “can edit all meeting notes”, and you’ll get a list of options from a drop-down menu.

If you choose any option under “For all meeting notes”, the permission will take effect for all meeting notes in the current meeting notebook - for instance, all Daily Standup Meetings, even the ones that are not on your screen.

On the other hand, if you choose any option under “For just this meeting note”, anyone invited will only have edit/view permissions for the current note only - only the one we’re looking at.

  1. Voila! Once your colleague enters through the invite link, you’ll be able to start taking meeting notes together!
