In Huddles, a workspace serves as a central hub where individuals or teams can easily access, organize, and search through past meetings from any device.
Team members within the same workspace can see and work together on content that has been created by other team members, allowing seamless team collaboration.

By default, users in the free plan are only limited to 1 user per workspace. To invite colleagues to your workspace, you would have to upgrade to Pro or Business Plan. Depending on how many colleagues are on your team you would have to choose the number of seats accordingly.
In the pricing plans, you’ll notice that the price differs depending on how many seats you need.
Seats are licenses that you purchase for your workspace. One seat is used by one user. When you sign up for Pro or Business Plan, you specify the number of seats to purchase, and those seats will be added to your workspace. When a user is invited and joins the workspace, they will take up one of your available seats.
