A meeting note is where you store your notes of a meeting session. Before you start a meeting, it is important to create a new meeting note first. Here’s how:
On the homepage, click on “New meeting note” near the top.
If you’re in a meeting note, you have to return to the homepage first by clicking on home icon on the top left.
Set up basic details such as start time, duration, etc. and apply a meeting agenda template as needed. Once you’re done, click “Create”.
There you go! Here’s your meeting note, ready to use.
Next, you can click on the “Share” button on the top right to invite your team, either for collaborative agenda building before the meeting, or for the meeting itself.
